  • Monitor and validate coding productivity of proper DRG/ICD-9/CPT4 code assignment to insure optimal reimbursement and respond to changes in code assignment, along with addressing fraud and abuse issues

  • Responsible for revenue tracking for optimizing practice income purchasing with inventory control
  • Establishment and Implementation of Coding Unit policy and procedures
  • Current on OSHA & HIPAA standards, regulations, and training in the work place
